招聘管理：
1.协助制定公司年度招聘计划并进行合理分解；
2.完善现有相关工作流程；
3.开发、维护、评估、分析各种招聘渠道；
4.开发、运用、分析各种招聘工具；
5.公司总监及以下人员的招聘工作。
培训管理：
1.协助制定公司年度培训计划并进行合理分解；
2.协助进行培训课程体系的设置；
3.完成新员工入职及管理通用类课程的讲授。
综合管理工作：
1.负责部门内部人员工作目标及任务的分解；
2.负责部门内部人员专业技能提高的培养与培训。
