7.成本管控，原物料的使用，人力管控;

8.协调其他部门工作

9.完成部门KPI指标。

10.完成上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

1.高中及以上，有5-10年以上生产性企业的管理经验（注塑行业优先）。

2.精通精益生产管理、5S管理等方法，提高过程的能力和稳定性、提高过程或产品的稳健

3.有计划管理经验及能力，有团队精神、沟通能力强、有较强的工作执行力和部门间协调能力。

4.年龄40岁以下，男女不限。
