主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1.   负责生产设备、模具的电气、机械巡检、保养、维修工作。

Responsible for the work of production equipment, module electricity, machines checking, maintenance and repair.

2.   能够辨识本部门的设备风险，严格按照设备采购、安装调试、投产三阶段的设备安全管理要求开展工作

To identify the equipment risk, and carry out the work strictly in accordance with equipment safety procurement about equipment purchasing, installation and application.

3.   负责组织本部门设备安全设施的完善和安全操作规程的编制等

Be responsible for optimizing the safety facilities and establishing the safety operation.

4.   生产设备、模具预防性维修计划编制。

Establish the TPM plan for production equipment and modules.

5.   生产设备、模具作业文件的编制、维护。

To establish, and maintain the program files for production equipment and modules.

6.   负责新增设备设计评审和验收工作。

Be responsible for the designing, evaluating and inspecting of new equipment.

7.   负责生产设备、模具预防性维护计划拉动的备品备件选型和库存设定,备件仓库和模具管理。

Be responsible for choosing spare parts, stock setting, spare warehouse and modules management by the TPM plan.

8.   生产设备及模具备件国产化等技术改进和更新改造工作。

Be responsible for the work about localization and improvement of production equipment, modules and spare parts.

9.   保证实施工艺控制的设备状态。

Guarantee the status of process control.

10.  负责生产设备外修协调工作。

Be responsible for coordinating the repair work from outside for production equipment

11.  负责公司固定资产管理协调工作。

Be responsible for coordinating the management work for company’s capital assets.

12. 监控设备维护工开展TPM工作，监督和教育机修工遵守公司相关的安全管理规定。

Monitor maintainers act TPM and observe the laws and procedures about EHS.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:（ 有质量、安全、环境方面的资格要求需在此列清楚。）(Any qualification requirement for quality, safety and environment, must be listed below clearly.)

教育:本科（机械、自动化专业等相关工程类专业）

Education: Bachelor Degree (Mechanics, automation, or relevant Engineering)

经历:2年以上相关工作经验。

Experience： 2 years and above relevant working experiences

技能Skill:

精通机械设计和加工技术和液压、气动技术

Master in the machine design，processing technologies and hydraulic pressure, pneumatic technique

熟练运用设备状态监测技术

Familiar with equipment monitor skill

熟悉TS/ISO16949标准

Familiar with standard of TS/ISO16949

熟悉办公自动化软件

Familiar with MS office software

团队合作精神和沟通协调能力强，有创新力

Team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills, and be creative

英语流利
