岗位职责responsibilities 

1、贯彻执行各项规章制度，协助生产经理管理生产部日常工作，直接对接生产经理。 Implement various rules and regulations, assist the production manager to manage the daily work of the production department, and directly connect with the production manager. 

2、协助生产经理对本部门员工培训的策划及实施。Assist the production manager in the planning and implementation of staff training in production department. 

3、整理、修订、添加质量管理体系文件，负责与体系工作对接。Organize, revise and add quality management system documents, and be responsible for docking with the system 

4、协助生产经理，了解及掌握各生产班组相关数据，落实生产订单及跟踪生产进度。Assist the production manager to understand and master the relevant data of each production team, implement production orders and track production progress. 

5.及时完成生产经理安排的任务。Complete the tasks assigned by the production manager in time. 6. Be aware of new FDA regulations to implement them in our company 7. In charge of set up all company standards/sop for all new opening shop

 Requirements: 

1.good oral English 

2.Knowledge in F&B industry 

3.at least two years experience in production assistant 

4.good at office software 

5.responsible and good communication skills 

6.work efficiently, be pro-active
