Job Description: Develops, implements, and maintains BI solution to meet business requirements. Activities include analyzing requirement, designing, coding, testing, documenting and adhering to standards. Other responsibilities may include responding to stakeholder requests or as they occur, developing solutions to problems, and provide technical consulting.

Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience) and strong BI solution development experience. You must be highly self-motivated and have good communications skills in a results-oriented team environment. Additional qualifications include:
- Must have experience on MS-BI
- Proficient in BI (Business Intelligence) solution development including analyzing requirement, designing, coding and testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft* SQL Server and services such as Integration Service, Reporting Service, etc.
- Proficient in SQL programming.
- Proficient in Microsoft* development environment including Windows* 2000/XP/Vista/7 and 2003/2008 platforms.
- Proficient in ASP/ .NET* Framework and C# technology.
- Experienced in Web application development.
- Be familiar with XML/HTML.
- Be familiar with script languages like VBS, VBA, etc.
- Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment, and be flexible to work on projects of any type.
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
- Agile and accountable.
