Shanghai My whole way CPAs is a professional firm providing financial advisory，assurance and accounting services.
Our firm was incorporated in late 2005 and presently has 4 partners previously have worked for the big-four accounting firms for more than 10 years. We mainly serve multi-national companies and domestic companies having IPO or merger & acquisition plan. Our services include IFRS, US GAAP audit and accounting services, financial due diligence, consultation during IPO or M&A and bookkeeping.
We presently have a professional team with 20 young and energetic team member. We respect each employee and encourage good communication. We invite you to join our team.
