销售助理&市场专员

汇报对象：市场销售部经理

岗位职责：
-协助销售经理制定销售目标及计划，制作销售明细报表，进行销售分析，跟踪销售目标完成情况并调整适时调整销售计划；
-与产品部门、采购部门、物流部门做好各项衔接工作，保证销售工作的顺利开展；
-负责外地销售与上海总部的协调工作；
-建立客户管理档案和合同管理档案，给客户报价制作合同；
-协助销售对应收账款的催讨；
-根据销售方案，与产品部协调网站产品信息更新及促销活动；
-参与组织及实施安排市场销售部的市场推广活动及会议；
-负责销售推广工具(如, 促销资料,展板等)的制作和管理，负责网站更新与维护。


职位要求：
-2年以上工作经历，男生优先；
-对电子商务有一定了解者优先；
-语言组织能力强，善于沟通；
-做事认真细心，逻辑性强；
-对数据敏感，有一定的独立分析能力；
-有独立解决问题的能力；
-性格主动开朗，自我调节能力强；
-未来职业生涯考虑在销售、市场营销领域发展者优先。
