• Support sales to hunting new project.

• responsible for APDF(project scope) and engineering RASIC character definition.

• Organize and lead project kick-off, request project handover package from sales

• Maintain project management plan. (delivery plan, prototype, system feature…)

• Support Safety Plan.

• Setup Project communication plan

• Project decisions (Timing, resources, escalation from PSM &Sub-PM). Escalation from PSM are such items which have a negative impact on project timing and  budget.

• Main contact for test manager and Prototype supply

• To support OEM production launch

• To coordinate with global engineering team for project related topics

• Project status report(C40) and lessons learns overview.

Draft development interface agreement(DIA) with customer.

BS or MS degree in vehicle, electric, mechanical, material or software.

Have 5+ years of work experience of automotive development process.

Have 5+ years of work experience in Japanese product applications and system engineering in automotive

Have 3+ years as engineering project lead

Have good communication, problem-solving, planning and leadship skill and teamwork spirit

Have good oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English languages

Have good skill of Microsoft office(outlook, excel, word, PPT, MP…)

Have knowledge of automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE and ISO26262)

Can work together with team in different region (Japan, Germany, NA…)

Willing to travel (domestic and international) and be able to have overtime work

PMI certified or equivalent

Six Sigma Green Belt certified

Long-term stable, and willing to help each other.

Have experience with software project manager is a plus.
