Job Description:
Marketing Budget
?Assist in developing marketing budget.
?Track expenditure including Manager's credit card.
?Budget management - schedule monthly marketing expenditure meetings with Accountant to ensure budget remains within forecast and report to Manager.

Events
?Assist in activation of special events such as skate tours, launch parties, range releases, trade shows, film premieres.
?Construct project plan & maintain workable event timelines to ensure successful delivery of events to budget.
?Oversee operations to ensure the event runs as planned to ensure DC branding objectives are met.

POS
?Assist in development of POS seasonal plans within a set budget.
?Sourcing and costing POS materials.
?Liaising with printers and other suppliers for production.
?Manage all POS going into retail channels.
?Assist in planning POS for range release requirements and manage production.
?Manage and maintain the POS Marketing Guide book.
?Coordinate POS with major retailers.
?Develop seasonal PP POS report.

Internal Communication
?Maintain clear lines of communication with Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Sales Team.
Manage Weekly WIP meetings

Team
?Create team contracts in conjunction with legal department as negotiated by Marketing Manager.
?Manage team payments, incentives, travel and product allowance expenditure.
?Maintain general communications and support for all DC Athletes.


Requirements:

1.Able to speak, write and type in English
2.Microsoft office program
3.Able to travel both domestically and internationally.
