Job Objective:
Overall responsibility for establishing and coordinating all sales strategies, plans, programs and functions. Manages the Hospitality Department including hiring, training, coordinating and supporting all sales personnel.

Key Duties:
To develop and implement an overall sales strategy for company products including pricing so as to achieve the sales and GP targets.
Develops action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
Hires and supervises sales personnel of Hospitality Department; monitors achievement of sales targets; assists and supports sales personnel as necessary; create incentive programs.
Develops initial training programs for new personnel and provides ongoing training for all sales personnel.
To provide recommendations for improving or adding new product designs and assists with product development and testing.
Oversees and verifies reporting of sales activities, including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received, sales by product, actual performance to targets, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Handle other projects as required by senior management.

Requirements:
College or University degree holder
Minimum 6-7 years work experiences (with at least 2-3 years in management position) in sales marketing fields with MNC
With strong directly hospitality sales marketing experiences
With strong hospitality project management knowledge
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Good PC skills required (word, excel, & powerpoint etc)
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly in a new environment
Demonstrates teamwork abilities, as well as persistence and independence
Attention to detail, hard working, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Able to work under pressure within deadline
