职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & Accounting:
" Execution of key financial procedures (e.g. bookkeeping, inventory control, fixed asset management)"
Preparation of financial statements (half year, financial year end) in accordance with local GAAP, IFRS and corporate policy
" Financing, cash and FX management including related corporate reporting (e.g. i-quidity forecast, FX exposure)
"
Tax and audit activities including coordination with corporate functions
Controlling:
" Accomplishment of corporate reporting requirements (e.g. monthly, weekly, capital expenditure, forecast)
"
Monitoring of company performance (key financials and performance indicators) and derivation of improvement measures
Preparation of budget and strategic planning together with General Manager
Support General Manager in all business analysis necessary to the effective management of the company
Corporate Governance:
" Ensure compliance with Corporate and Local Policies & Procedure"
Enrol corporate export control and IT security standards
" Establish risk management and internal control system according to corporate and local requirements"
IT:
Establish IT infrastructure in accordance with company and corporate needs
" Ensure execution of corporate IT guidelineands standards"
Managing Employees/Department:
" Staff all direct reporting functions with qualified and highly motivated people
"
Provide coaching, training and further necessary measures to develop skills, enforce motivation and ensure retention of qualified employees
" Ensure performance and target oriented behaviour of employees (closed loop of tar-get setting, continuous evaluation and feedback)
"
Ensure a service and support culture
Requirements
General Qualifications:
" CPA
"
MBA or advanced degree preferred [or "bachelor degree" as minimum or something comparable]
" 3-5 years public accounting or equivalent industry experience, knowledge of IFRS preferred
"
Practical knowledge of controlling and cost accounting in an industrial manufacturing business
Practical knowledge of Working Capital Management
FX management
Experience in Chinese GAAP
Monitoring of company performance (complete P&L, BS and CF)
Budget process and strategic planning
Good computer skills (esp. SAP, Hyperion, MS Office, Business Intelligence)
Compliance (Corporate policies and procedures)
Leadership experience of more than 5 direct reports
Experience in process reengineering would be good
Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Specific Qualifications for the open position:
Enhance and upgrade FM position to be a sparing partner to other departments and / or MD
Product costing in SAP
Fluent local Chinese accent
Being able to cover a wide spectrum beyond finance (e.g. inventory management,...)
Automisation of processes will be a key factor of the role
Play major role in SAP introduction process
Enhance IT department to service provider for the business
Support to integrate subsidiary into group
Develop staff to be able to work in an international environment
Introduction of local policies and procedures based on corporate policies requires a broader view of Finance beyond accounting and interest in other core processes and departments of the company
Being able to deal with the challenged of a business situation with high investments / Working capital management / liquidity management
Responsible for the on site introduction of OECD based intercompany transfer pricing systems with intercompany partners worldwide (especially Germany and Japan)
Committed to fulfill the role for at least 3 - 5 years
