职位描述
Objectives:
Set up and maintain a process control system.
Set up process monitor system by using different management tools.
Provide support to other department when required.
Tasks:
Be responsible for new product transfer project; include production layout and process flow defination, equipemnt puchasing and acceptance, new sample production, PPAP report submission.
Be responsible for compilation of process document, include flow chart, working instruction, PFMEA and reworking instruction
Be responsible for the set up of standard working time system and the compilation of relative document, and determine the requirements of manpower.
Be responsible for Sample material assembling testing(SMA) and submit testing report.
Improve the process control, eliminate the potential quality problem in production line.
Planning and implementation of training programs for the employees.
Define production, machinery, equipment, tools, devices and monitoring the maintenance of them on the shop floor.
Be responsible for the trouble shouting with the support of Quality Dep., Maintenance dep. and Technique dep.
Requirements:
College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent, with at least 2 year's relevant experience.
Familiar with production management and has on site management experience.
Solid in hand, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills.
Authority:
Have the authority to compile and update the relative procedure document and form within his work field.
Has the authority to ask the shift leader, line leader and operator to operating strictly according to process .
Apply for upgrading and purchasing for equipment, tools , devices.
