职位描述
Objectives:
Ensure warehouse inventory safely, maintain and continuously increase inventory accuracy ratio.
Effectively manage warehouse team members, continually training employees for improving their quality and ability
Maintain and enhance warehouse 5S performance, make warehouse layout much more rationality,Increase warehouse turnover rate and occupancy rate.
receiving and delivery in time, monitor performance of suppliers service, implement warehouse function completely of SCM.
Tasks:
Set up annual warehouse target, increase warehouse management level.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures and ensure warehouse staffs comply. Supervise and ensure warehouse operation in order.
Organize the layout of warehouse.
Optimise the goods stored in warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.
Conform and implement ISO9000 & ISO14001policy.
Assisting Logistics manager to train warehouse staffs base on annual schedule and evaluating their performance.
Lead warehouse people to carry out improvement, continuously improve working procedure, enhance working efficiency and reduce warehouse cost.
Requirements:
College degree or above major in Logistics.
Above 5years working experience of Manufactory Logistics or warehouse, at least 2 years Warehouse management experience.
Familiar with logistic and warehouse management system, have good knowledge of ERP and Trade, good understanding ISO9000 system.
Strong leadership, good communication, coordination and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit.
Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)
Good Command of Computer skills
Authority:
Modify, check, and approve all the documents of warehouse.
Arrange the working position of employees in warehouse.
Put forward any punishment and reward suggestion base on warehouse employees behaviour or actions.
Make suitable change of warehouse layout, make reasonable improvement of procedure.
