Job description:
● Demonstrate thought leadership in solving customer pain points and achieving their business outcomes
? Produce architectural design for large scale networks
? Performs analysis and diagnosis of most complex networking problems.
● Performs analysis of most complex network designs.
? Provides highest-level crisis management.
? Acts as the technical specialist for the most complex deployments..
● May act in a technical team leadership capacity.
? Identifies skills and business shortfalls and establishes programs to address them.
? Collaborates proactively with Cisco CX engineers to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
● Requires BS/BE/BTech degree
● knowledge in (1) platform area specific to customer space and in (2) of the following and strong knowledge in all other areas: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, Routing,, IP Telephony, SAN, SDN, Optical, Wireless, IPCC. IP Routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP), MPLS
● Software coding skill in Java, Python, Javascript.
Desired Skills
● CCIE and Professional Level CCxP desired
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and Cisco customers.
· High proficiency of English
· Working in a dynamic environment, you will evolve continuously to keep pace with Cisco’s solutions and technologies and be an inspiration and trend setter for others.
· High-level, out-of-the-box thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative problem solving skills with the ability to convert thoughts to real and pragmatic execution.

● 具备：(1)针对客户平台领域的相关知识 (2)熟知以下其他领域知识：
IP internetworking, LAN Switching, Routing, IP Telephony, SAN, SDN, Optical, Wireless, IPCC. IP Routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP), MPLS
● 具备Java、Python、Javascript软件编程能力。
所需技能
● CCIE及CCxP专业水平。
· 具有优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧：能够与工程师、执行领导和思科客户进行沟通技术策略和架构方法。
· 优秀的英语能力。
