岗位职责： 

1. 根据部门总体市场策略，编制分管市场销售计划；

2. 全面掌握本市场变化和竞争对手情况，了解客源市场布置的流量，注意市场结构的变化;

3. 关注客户合作动态，了解客户的需求并协助解决，监督运营部门项目运作，推进业务进程，协助提升物流服务质量，提高客户满意度，与客户建立长期、良好且稳固的关系；

4. 关注竞争对手，及时了解行业相关机构动向，及时调整营销策略，反馈系统和流程需求，推进内部系统和流程的改善；

5. 上级领导交待的其他工作事项。   

任职要求：

   1.大专及以上学历；

   2.有销售经验者优先；

   3.愿意接受挑战、接受全新事物；

   4.具备客户思维、协调能力，有良好的团队合作精神。 

Business Manager 

Responsibilities:

1. According to the overall marketing strategy of the department, prepare the sales plan for the market in charge

2. Fully grasp the changes in the market and competitors, understand the flow of customer market layout, pay attention to the changes in the market structure;

3. Pay attention to customer cooperation dynamics, understand customer needs and assist to solve them, supervise the operation department's project operation, promote the business process, assist to improve the logistics service quality, improve customer satisfaction, and establish a long-term, good and stable relationship with customers;

4. Pay attention to competitors, keep abreast of the trends of relevant industry organizations, adjust marketing strategies, feedback the requirements of system and process , and promote the improvement of internal systems and processes;

5. Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Requirements:

   1.College degree or above;

   2.Sales experience  is preferred;

   3. Willing to accept challenges and new things

   4.Customer thinking, coordination ability, good team spirit
