职位描述


Your role as a Quality Coordinator includes:

  • Obtain a completed Application for Inspection from the MADE suppliers:
  • Work closely with the suppliers to obtain an accurate breakdown of the manufacturing production schedule confirming the ideal time for the PQI’s to visit the factory and carry out their inspection. The type of inspection can be In-Line, Final or Container, and this is to be determined with the support of other MADE colleagues , Quality Resource Controller and Head of Quality.
    If inspectors arrive on site, in accordance with the dates on the Application, and no goods are ready, this is to be brought to the attention of Quality Resource Controller and Head of Quality in order for associated costs to be recovered from the supplier.
  • Prepare and distribute the Inspection Schedule:
    Obtain all required information from team members in Merchandising and Quality Teams as needed to support the accurate completion of the schedule and in order to distribute it on time each week.
  • Preparation of documents for the PQI’s prior to Inspection:
  • You will ensure the PQI’s have all the essential documents in order to carry out their role effectively and to ensure the reports are completed with all supporting evidence and with the right level of detail.

                        

  • Document checking:
    PQI’s will submit, via email, the completed Quality Inspection Workbook (QIW OR QARMA) within 24 hours of finishing the PO inspection. You will check the details contained in the report are accurate and the correct level of detail is included. If there is a delay in shipment of the PO it is the QDC responsibility to ensure this is escalated to the Quality Resource Controller and Head of Quality so that the details of the delay can be evaluated and communicated to all teams. If a re-inspection is required, this will be arranged and recorded in the correct way. If details contained in the reports are inaccurate or misleading, you are to escalate your findings to the Quality Resource Controller and Head of Quality.
  • Check and update ERP: Having checked the QIW or QARMA , it is the QDC’s responsibility to update, where necessary, the shipment dates in ERP to accurately reflect the information in the QIW and results of the PQI inspections.
  • Re-Inspections: You are to ensure the PQI’s complete the re-inspection in a timely manner and the results are communicated to team members urgently.
  • Gooddata reporting: As directed by the Quality Resource Controller, Head of Quality, PQT’s and/or UK Quality Team and other colleagues, you are to produce reporting to identify poor performing factories, product categories and individual SKU’s.
  • Returns Application, Claims Area: As directed by the Quality Resource Controller, Head of Quality ,PQT’s and/or UK Quality Team and other colleagues, you are to produce reporting and photographic evidence to identify poor performing SKU’s and the associated defects.
  • Communication: Good quality and timely communication is essential. All reports must be written with the correct and expected level of detail. It is essential the reports, and covering email, are completed within the agreed deadline and sent through to colleagues on order to allow, where necessary, subsequent action to be taken. In addition, if, whilst inspecting goods to known and agreed specifications, you notice a mistake with established MADE documentation, discuss this issue immediately with your line manager and subsequently react as directed.
  • Supplier relations: You shall work with supplier to gather the correct information in support of MADE inspection processes. Support suppliers in achieving and fulfilling Made Quality, Ethical and Environmental requirements, by discussing any areas of improvement which you have noted with your line manager, so that these points can be included in a Corrective Action Plan.
