1. Schematic design - PCB Layout review - Technical support to customers-Debug and improve the products.

2. Gather and understand customer requirements. Verify whether the information is enough to initiate a design project.

3. Advise customer on hardware requirements to realize load board/module design projects.   

4. Assess and estimate the hardware design project's schedule, effort, and feasibility.

5. Perform hardware project task planning, resource planning and mentor junior engineer to co-work on complex design and finish with high quality on time.

6. Manage project schedules and keep customers informed of the project status. Manage customer to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

7. Keep close communication with worldwide teams, suppliers and customers.

8. Deliver hardware design training and seminars to customers.

    

Requirements:

*College degree and above in Electronic engineering, Electronic information and communication & information engineering etc.  

*At least 3 years PCB design or more projects implementation, customer service related working experience. 

*Have experience on PCB design and SI/PI on semiconductor ATE industry is preferred.

* Skill and knowledgeable in electronics and signal/power integrity routing techniques.

*Skill and knowledgeable in electronics and multi-layer board design.   

*Experienced in SI/PI simulation and evaluation. 

*Familiar with and can easily use at least one design tool Cadence (Capture CIS and Allegro).

*Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for technical discussions in verbal and written form.

*Ability to multitask between multiple projects daily.

*Ability to successfully work in a team, cross-functional environment.
