Main Purpose of the Job:

  

 

  

The successful incumbent should be responsible for cash in payment / expenses reimbursement (RMB and Foreign Currency) as well as filling management of ALPLA Plant.

  

本工作职责主要负责阿普拉外地工厂付款/费用报销（人民币及外币）以及文档管理及统计工作。

  

 

  

Main Responsibilities:

  

 

  

• To ensure all payments/reimbursement are preceded in line with Company accounting policy and requested supporting documents are qualified

  确保所有的付款/报销符合公司政策，所附证明文件齐全正确。

• To ensure the proper execution of foreign exchange transactions according with State Administration of Foreign Exchange

  确保执行外汇交易时，符合外汇管理局的要求。

• To ensure daily physical counting of cash on hand being agreed with balance per book

  确保每日盘点的现金与账面金额一致。

• To timely reconcile the booking of cash in bank with bank statement

  及时核对银行存款科目与银行对账单金额。

• Cooperate with the annual internal and external audit

  配合年度内外部审计工作

• Filling management文档整理      

                      

• Bank statement management and binding银行对账单整理，归档
• Contract statistics合同归档及统计记录
• Other documents filing 其他文件归档

  

• Additional assignments by line manager领导安排的其他工作

   

  Education/Experience:

   

• Junior College degree or above in finance

  中专或以上学历，财务专业

• 3+ years relevant working experience

  3年以上相关工作经验

• Familiar with Kingdee

  熟悉金蝶财务软件

   

  Qualifications/Skills:

   

• Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans

  优先安排和计划工作能力，有效利用时间，制定切实可行的行动计划

• Good communication skills

  良好的沟通能力

• Good knowledge in accounting system and excellent excel skill

  熟悉财务系统且有较强的Excel能力

• Good in both written and spoken Mandarin and English

  良好的普通话与英语说写能力
