The position
Report to: Finance Director, Aftermarket Asia Pacific
Purpose of the position： In-charge of overall Asia Pacific financial reporting and analysis

Key responsibilities：

1. Financial planning & analysis

？ Financial planning: PL/BS/Cash flow budgeting and forecasting
？ Perform detail analysis on financial and operational trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the business
？ Work directly with appropriate operational personnel to understand required report concepts and objectives
？ Analyze business activities and trends and compare analyses against the budget, relevant forecasts, business KPl, prior years, and industry metrics where available
？ Monitor and control CAPEX
？ Prepare daily/monthly/quarterly reports according to HQ requirement
？ Assist in financial modelling to evaluate potential investment opportunities
？ Identify Risks and Opportunities on top of rolling forecast
？ Transfer price planning and management
？ Lead and support on working capital management initiatives to maximize operating cash flow
？ Undertake any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

2. Controlling
？ Implement procedures and regulations that safe guard the company assets and avoid misstatement in financial statements
？ Ensure that business follows financial regulations and guidelines given by the Corporate Headquarter and local government
？ Support on Quarterly SOX documentation filing

3. Business Support
？ Preparation of business cases and strategic presentation for senior management review and approval
？ Identify and support cost saving initiatives to improve operating income
？ Lead both routine and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the initiatives in marketing, sales, service, logistics, HR and general management, including: pricing analysis, warranty analysis, staff incentive program analysis, and SG&A analysis
？ Communicate financial performance to the leadership team. Focus on performance to goals and identify areas for improvement

4. Team management – no staff to support this role, need the candidate hands on.

What we are looking for Experience

5 to 10 years relevant experience in a multinational company of which more than 3 years in FP&A role;

Education
？ University degree in Finance and Accounting major or related discipline
？ Qualified CPA or ACCA;
