Position：Global Product Engineer – Diesel, Aftermarket

Job purpose：

To support the development, validation and approval of Diesel products. Support new products launch, quality performance and revenue growth.

Key roles and  responsibilities：

？ Responsible for the development, validation and approval of Diesel products.
？ Support and execute local development and validation as directed by global engineering lead engineers using GTR and DVP&R process
？ Technical support and evaluation for product design and development processes.
？ Technical review for drawing, GTRs, DVP&Rs, PPAPs, etc.
？ Support the supplier assessment and approval, and supplier management.
？ Support quality issue resolution for Diesel products with SQE.
？ Marketing support for new products, new technology, and marketing strategy / definition.


What we are looking for：

Experience
？ Min 5 years relevant engineering & process experience in Diesel products is preferred.
？ Rich experience to support purchasing for supplier capability assessment and components quality analysis and improvement.
Expected skills & competencies
？ Good problem solving ability and project planning ability are required.
？ Comprehensive English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
？ With positive people interface attitude
Education
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related.
