Role purpose 工作目标：

  

responsible for the stamping tool repair and tool installation.

  

负责公司冲压模具维修和上下模

  

 

  

Responsibility 职责：

  

-contact the tool supplier to give the suggestion of making new tool and make new tool acceptance.

  

联系模具供应商给出新模开模要求，并做新模具验收。

  

-Tool installation with the help of assistant and make final check.   

  

和上模工助手一起完成模具上下模，并做最后检查。

  

-Responsible for the repair of stamping tools.

  

负责冲压模具的维修。

  

-solve the tool problem esp. continuous stamping machine on the stamping machine, eg, change the Stempel or the screw of stamping machine， polish the continuous stamping machine, change spring and protect pin of continuous stamping tool.

  

及时解决冲压车间的机台上的模具现场问题,特别是连续模的现场调机和模具问题排除，保证设备不停机。如更换模具冲头，更换模具螺丝等。连续模送料不良调机，打磨连续模以及连续模弹簧和误送检测针的更换等。

  

-Train the workers stamp the parts and daily machine maintenance correctly.

  

对操作工进行机台正确冲压方法和日常机台保养指导。

  

-To assist the production department to optimize the existing mold structure, and improve the production efficiency.

  

协助生产部优化现有模具结构，提高生产效率。

  

-Obey working arrangement, finish the other tasks required by supervisor..

  

服从上级的工作安排，完成上级领导交付的其他工作 。

  

 

  

Requirements 任职要求：

  

1. Education教育：Junior school or above. 初中及以上学历

2. Experience 经验：

   1. More than five years working experience in changing and repairing the stamping tool esp. continuous stamping tool.

      五年以上冲压模具上下模和维修工作经验，（必须会连续模调机和会修连续模）

   2. Familiar with stamping tool and can repair stamping tool

      熟悉冲压模具结构，会修冲压模具和连续模

   3. strong ability of judgment and dealing,较强的事故判断和处理能力，动手能力强

3. Age 年龄：25-40.

4. Personality 性格

   1. Do things carefully 做事认真；

   2. Can work under pressure 能够在压力下工作；

   3. Have Strong sense of principle 原则性强；

5. Language 语言

                          Can read and write Chinese well.. 能够读写中文。
