主要职责

• 所有准备的食物都符合公司要求，能组织员工完成日常准备
• 负责把控出菜品质，监控食物制作的全过程
• 严格遵照配方、操作说明和安全卫生标准准备所有的食物
• 保持并推广安全的工作习惯，避免任何的意外发生
• 每日清洁厨房设备，并检查冰箱
• 拥有良好的合作精神，能够协助其他部门完成其他范围内的工作
• 具有良好的管理能力，能够带领团队，共同提升工作绩效

• 高中以上文化程度，具有3年以上西餐厅副厨工作经历或达一级西餐烹饪厨师水平。

• 热爱餐饮行业，身体健康，精力充沛，具有较强的组织管理能力和一定的专业英语基础。
