岗位职责：  

1、负责仓储业务的管理工作，协调仓储业务和内外部接口的关系，制定和执行仓储业务工作计划，完善仓库各项作业规范及流程，提高内部运作效率，有效降低仓储总成本。  

2、负责根据实际运作情况，对公司仓库管理体系进行相应规划、建立和完善，实现公司库存管理、内部物流及外部物流系统的优化。  

3、负责科学规划和调整仓储库存和库位，提出改进方案，合理利用仓库空间，保证仓库使用率；。 

4、负责组织仓储部门正常运作的准确无误与高效率，负责仓库的安全、清洁等日常工作，使其符合国家相关规定，确保物资储存，运输和防护符合规定要求。  

5、负责仓储存货物资的质量状况，及时提报和组织异常理，避免货物超储、短缺、毁坏等现象，确保库存物资安全、有效。

相关经验、技能要求

1.性别不限，高中以上学历，年龄35-50岁 

2.具备电梯配件行业仓储管理经验，有相关电梯行业仓库管理3-5年以上工作经验者优先考虑; 

3.对工作认真负责，有开拓创新及团队协作能力；

4. 仓库可提供相关住宿配套。
