• 开发客户、开拓市场，赢得并保持良好的客户关系
• 电话联系和拜访目标客户，发现客户潜在需求和购买意图，达到成为供应商的目标
• 收集最新市场产品，价格信息，掌握最新行业动态
• 跟踪应收帐款的回收情况
• 为客户提供产品演示、应用介绍、技术建议和操作培训等服务

职位要求：

• 大专或以上学历，主修工民建或机械相关专业优先
• 三年以上销售工作经验 ，有相关销售经验者优先
• 良好的英语听说读写，懂德语者优先
• 具备良好的沟通及表达能力和团队合作精神
• 愿接受挑战并能承受工作压力
• 能适应出差

Requirements:
· University degree in Engineering or Business
· Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably as Sales Manager in China
· Strong B2B sales (including key-account management) and marketing background for technical products
· Native Chinese speaker, English fluent, German a plus
· Willingness to travel

Schletter operations encompass over 40-years in the design and manufacturing of steel and aluminum products, and rose to be the largest provider of solar mounting systems in Europe, supplying utility-sized PV-projects. In the last 4-years, over 1300 employees have designed, developed and produced PV-racks for more than 4.5 GW of installed module capacity on roofs and ground mounted systems. In addition to solar mounting systems, Schletter produces exhibition stand and booth designs; sales promotion systems; products for the railway, car, and bus industry; light box advertising systems; profile designs for special uses; as well as many other applications in aluminum. In 2010, armed with its long history and success as an industry pioneer, Schletter expanded its global footprint to China, and selected Shanghai; Jiading as the home for its Chinese operations and manufacturing. Schletter China engineers, manufactures, and distributes their solar mounting systems and products preliminary to countries in Asia.
