Responsible for related logistic operations to achieve logistics excellence in operation efficiency and cost effectiveness. Working with the 3PL to meet business needs and optimize logistics costs whilst achieving customer service levels.

    

    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

    

    

• Maintain PO information into ERP system based on China buy selection
• Monitor PO status in GT Nexus system
• Monitor original AC and China Consumer Touch Point to negotiate with vendor/BO/EU for on time shipping
• Partners with counterparts in other regions to manage on time arrival performance
• Establish SOP and KPI’s in partnership with business to drive operational excellence and best practices
• Sign off contract with domestic supplier and manage local VAT payment
• Support management team to provide logistic data, performance report and further project requirement. And ad-hoc tasks assigned for Logistics key projects of the year

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    

Experience:   

    

• At least 2 years plus working experience of logistics operations. Apparel/Retail industry working experience is preferred.

    

Skills:

    

• Strong Team cooperation Sprit, both internal and external parties in local language as well as in English (both written and verbal)
• Solid Skills for Data analysis on Excel, or Access

    

Education:

    

• University or above graduated in international trading or logistics management.
