Business Operation Specialist

 

Key process ownership

·         Oversee the contract chop process to ensure all contracts are correctly chopped, issued to clients and stored

·         Become an expert on NETSUITE and ensure GBI is using the tool in the most efficient and effective ways to support the business. Train the sales team and new joiners. Work with Finance and commercial to extract information for reporting

·         Work with the Sales Manager and Client Relations Manager to enhance processes that support their responsibilities e.g. Training, Renewals

·         Manage company checklist system and reporting

·         Look for opportunities to improve and enhance commercial team processes and activities

Legal

·         Support the commercial team on proposals and contracting

·         Be the subject matter expert on terms and condition amendments and work with lawyer to ensure all appropriate legal arrangements are in place to protect GBI’s business

·         Escalate legal issues that need senior or external input advice

 

Information collection and special projects

·         Compile the weekly commercial team data for commercial meeting

·         Help collect reports from CEO’s management team

·         Work on other projects as requested by CEO

·         Help CEO to track milestones

 

Job Requirements:

·         Acute attention to detail

·         Good analytical capability, Good organizational

·         Good project management skills  

·         Very good at using office software and CRM system

·         Pleasant personality with self-confidence, open minded and easy to interact with individuals with different levels

·         Language Skills: excellent written and verbal Chinese and English
