3.根据公司产品市场情况开发培训主题

任职资格：

1.需要具备优秀的演讲能力，有极强的感染力，有实操讲课经历至少3年以上

2.良好形象

3.良好沟通能力和反应能力

4.对电子电路有一定的了解或基础，便于理解和讲授
