职位描述
主要任务
?作为亚太地区ICT用户支持团队一部分参与至KLI，亚太地区及欧洲地区的servicedesk运维。
?通过ServiceDesk工具记录所有故障及服务请求
?及时处理分配的ticket，如工作需要，可向本地或总部IT基础架构/应用程序团队寻求支持
?支持和维护本地ERP系统（勤哲 Excel服务器、金蝶）
?通过电话、远程或现场等方式有效支持KLI所有用户
?根据公司标准进行规划、采购和安装IT设备、系统及其软件
?为ICT基础架构和其他团队提供现场支持
?ICT工作在特殊工作场所的规划和实施
?维护已安装的硬件和软件（例如安装更新、监控系统等）
?故障排除和问题处理
?确保所用工具使用的充分性和合规性
?确保所有软件得到合法授权
?用户培训（新员工、新产品、新工具）
?支持所在区域的管理者提供相关预算（系统配置等）
?结合当地用户需求在定期会议中与ICT用户支持团队经理共同组织和规划本地ICT工作和项目

?ITIL流程基本知识（事件、服务和需求变更）
?本地ERP系统支持和运维经验
?良好的英语读写能力

?良好的沟通技巧，尤其在面临冲突情况下
?基础通信和计算机网络知识
?愿意出差支持所有远程办公室
