Job Description:
1. Strategy:
1)Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives, plan, implement and manage marketing strategy.
2)Develop and lead the company’s regional marketing strategy and direct the execution of various marketing activities.
3)Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products & features.
2. Growth:
1)Develop a scalable growth strategy through our direct-to-consumer channels while also evaluating other sales/distribution channels for our products.
2)Contribute to the overall growth of the company and new business development initiatives.
3. Budget management: Control the Marketing budget for all regions as well as conduct forecasts.
4. KPI: Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition and retention.
5. Research:
1)"Listen" to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
2)Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
3)Conduct market research and personas to make better decisions on the respective region strategies.
4)Stay up to date with the latest best practices.
6. Content:
1)Review and manage content marketing strategy.
2)Produce high-quality content for our customers such as market surveys, Webinars, Whitepaper, Case Studies, Blog, Videos, etc.
7. Campaign/ Event/ Program:
1)Design, plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
2)Directly responsible for conceiving and implementing successful marketing campaigns from channel, to ad unit, to landing page, to purchase experience, to lifetime value across all viable channels.
3)Plan, organize and execute various marketing events such as prospect and customer events, conferences, exhibitions.
4)Bring strong analytical, big-picture thinking and leadership skills to develop marketing campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty, customer retention and the lifetime value of the customer.
8. Digital:
1)Increase and maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities designed to increase the average sale per customer while growing and improving subscription enrollment.
2)In charge of achieving aggressive revenue and profit goals across all digital channels.
3)Drive our digital marketing positioning (localization of Website, SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns).
9. Data:
1)Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions. Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them.
2)Directly responsible for tracking and improving key ecommerce subscription metrics: CAC, LTV, Churn, Payback Period, etc.
3)Partner with the digital product and engineering and data science to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and/or new innovations in marketing technology.
10.Distributor Marketing: Follow up with distributors and resellers on marketing report, social media strategies, marketing materials and other components of the marketing program.
11. Internal Collaborate: Collaborate and lead across the organization. Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, bringing insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, engineering, and executive leadership.
12. Coordinate: Be the point of contact for all Marketing and Branding topics between all locations.
13. Team: Build and manage a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.Identify talent needs, hire and manage a high-performing integrated marketing team.
14. Report: Present and effectively communicate marketing strategy and ongoing reporting to the executive team and the board.
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years in high-growth, B2B companies, experience in additive manufacturing preferred;
2. Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing for the enterprise, as well as “land and expand” B2B sales;
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, both in building teams and influencing company direction;
4. Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature;
5. Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development);
6. Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data, and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help lead the company to achieve objectives and goals;
7. Demonstrated ability to dive into a product and become a champion and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers;
8. Passionate about customer success and technologies that impact companies and their customers;
9. Established track record in spearheading successfully integrated product launches with measurable results;
10. Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics;
11. Good eye for design and creative assets;
12. Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
