Job description:

·        Identify and prioritize immediate and upcoming customer needs on materials and peripherals, then work with the cross-functional team to develop a product plan based on market and competitive studies;

·        Prioritize features and tasks for the product, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently

·        Write clear and detailed product specifications

·        Manage internal and external collaboration and communication with other teams, to ensure effective teamwork towards product launch

·        Align, motivate and train marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and a coordinated go to market strategy.

·        Lead the go to market strategy based on a solid understanding of technical specs, customer benefits, and the competitive landscape.

·        Lead manage the launch timeline, review progress at critical decision gates, and clearly define and delegate next steps to ensure quick reaction and recovery from unexpected delays to keep the project team moving along the most critical path.

·        Manage the product life cycle beyond the product launch and maintenance

 

职位描述：

 

·        发现并优先排序客户在材料与打印机周边产品方面的需求，并基于市场调研跨部门制定产品计划

·        对理想产品原型有清晰描述及特征优先排序，把控产品开发方向、进度

·        管理内外部团队的沟通与合作，确保团队围绕产品上市计划有效工作；

·        与市场、销售、产品部门协同、培训，确保新品上市传播信息协调一致

·        基于对产品技术特点、客户收益及竞争环境的充分理解，牵头制定新品上市策略

·        管理新品上市进度，关键节点，对项目产生的拖延迅速沟通讨论，制定应对方案

·        管理产品上市后的维护；

 

  

Job requirement:

 

·        Material science, chemistry, engineering background or equivalent professional experience

·        Clear communicator, good coordinator and motivator

·        Analytical, well organized and Process oriented mindset and goal driven

·        Creative storyteller able to talk passionately about our products and enthusiastically with customers

·        Enjoy working cross-functionally to meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure

·        Prior product management, project management or product marketing experience as a strong bonus
