• 1.负责整个仓库的运行及物料管理符合GMP的要求。

• Responsible for overall warehouse operations and material management to meet GMP requirement.
• 2.根据生产计划，控制并管理合理的化学品的相关库存提高仓库利用率，避免浪费。
• Control and manage stock related to chemicals to improve warehouse efficiency and to avoid any waste according to production schedule to ensure reasonable stock.
• 3.物料储存能力的管理规划，并且组织月度，年度盘点确保库存数据的准确性。
• Plan for materials storage capacity and organize monthly stock count, annual stock count to ensure data accuracy.
• 4.负责仓库符合GMP & 5S & ESH 管理确保符合法律规定及客户审计要求。
• Responsible for GMP & 5S & ESH management to ensure legal way and meet customer audit requirements.
• 5.管理并分配仓库团队的日常工作。
• Control and manage team’s job assignment and daily work arrangement.
• 6.与其他相关部门包括采购，生产，工程，财务，销售等更进一步沟通及协作，以确保高效率的工作、物流计划和管理。
• Close working and communication with different functional team including purchasing, production, engineering, finance, sales etc. to ensure high working efficiency, logistics plan and management as well.
• 7.根据关键绩效考核指标，展开相应的工作并达到目标。
• Follow KPI and take right actions to achieve annual objectives.
• 8.为提高仓库团队能力，提供合理的培训及指导。
• Provide reasonable training and coaching to warehouse team to support team growth.
• 9.每月定期回顾，如有问题产生马上展开行动处理
• Take right action if any issue raised according to monthly review.
• 10.仓库主管作为德图仓库温湿度监控系统 (以下简称：“Testo”)，负责对Testo系统的管理，确保仓库温湿度数据的完整性。
• As the senior warehouse supervisor is main user of Testo Warehouse Monitoring System of Temperature and humidity (hereafter “Testo”), be responsible for management of Testo, to ensure data integrity of warehouse temperature and humidity。
• 11.负责和其他部门GMP文件的收发，并在部门内部分发。
• Responsible for handover GMP documents from other department and distribute GMP documents internally.
• 12.完成上级领导布置的其他任务。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

 职位要求：

• 1、5年以上化工制造业或药企仓库管理作业相关工作经验, GMP生产企业优先先；5 years or above work with GMP in  chemical or pharmacuetical area is preferred
• 2、具有叉车操作员证书并至少3年以上驾驶柴油叉车经验；
• Have license of driving forklift and 3 years experience or above
• 3、熟悉OFFICE等办公软件及电脑操作, 会ERP操作优先；
• Be familiar to MS office software，ERP experience is preferred
• 4、良好的沟通、分析能力及团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强，具有良好的执行力。Good communication, analysis ability and team work spirit. Good attitude on work and with high responsibility, execution.

CARBOGEN AMCIS is a market leading supplier for drug substance services for the pharmaceutical industry and also produces both drug substances and final medicines for clinical trials and commercial supply.
