Responsibility

Media Relations Maintenance & Daily Agency Management 

- Work closely with APAC PR director to settle the annual communication plan and budget;

- Work with local marketing colleagues to localize communication plan and execution;

- Preparation of press materials, including press release, briefing book, materials for media requests;

- Works actively to get the maximum exposure in publications through the distribution of press release or interviews;

- Keep good relationships with key media, celebrities and industrial KOL.

- Evaluate and execute the media campaigns (AD, editorial corporations, etc.)

- News monitoring & report;

- Prepare and deliver media report

- Crisis management

 

Event Management

- Set events including press conference, media gathering, and factory visit according to the annual plan.

- Work out event execution proposal within the budget, including vendor management, venue selection, and run-down design, etc.

- Cooperate with other internal teams to support events.

 

Corporate PR & Internal Management

- Fulfill the request from management level

 

Requirement

-5/7 years plus working experience in PR field with strong network in industrial media

- prefer working experience in Automotive, auto parts and lifestyle industries.

-Fluent English skill in written and oral

-Strategic thinking, creative, detail-oriented

The commercial structure covers all the principal geographic markets and reaches over 160 countries with a network of around 10,000 distributors and retailers.
