工作职责
1、协助海外项目经理完成海外招聘方案定制，从执行角度提供项目评估，参考数据与项
目执行建议。
2、安排海外项目执行的宣传计划，与客户对接反馈、候选人跟踪及面试，确保项目按进
度完成；
3、完成海外RPO项目的人才挖掘、推荐、执行等工作以及候选人资料库整理与保存；
4、联系海外院校老师和组织，维护合作关系， 拓展开发海外其他渠道
5、完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
工作细心，良好的沟通和协调能力
勤奋认真，并能承受工作压力及短时间内高强度的工作
本科及以上学历，英语书面和口语能力佳。
熟练操作Office办公软件，包括Word，Excel，Powerpoint
