Main duties/Responsibility:

1.Receive requests by mail, telephone, or in person regarding insurance claims/policies

2.Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine most effective response

3.Mail or route claim forms and support documentation to various units for final processing

Requirements:

1. Can understand and speak basic English (CET-6), prefer English major

2.College degree and above

3. Diligent and eager to learn

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Can understand and interpret policy provisions

6. May seek assistance with complex customer services issues
