职位描述
1、制定、完善、执行、落实工作计划；带领下属团队保质保量地完成日常工作任务； 针对日常工作中存在的问题，分析原因，制定整改措施并监督实施。
2、及时处理顾客和客户服务需求，跟踪、落实完成情况；随时收集、分析客户及顾客意见、要求，向上级汇报并提供解决方案； 解决客户投诉，并及时向上级汇报；发现客户潜在需求，拓展服务范围
3、管理现场保安团队、保洁团队和行政前台等设施运营团队的日常工作情况，并执行团队的管理；
4、 填写营运报告，实现上级下达的财务目标；
5、 检查设备的使用、保养状况，确保设施设备的状态良好
6、协调其他服务团队，支持团队管理；执行应急预案
任职要求：
1、学历：中专及以上；
2、工作经历：有相关设施管理经验者优先；良好的沟通及组织协调能力；***在物业管过保安和保洁；
3、办公软件：PPT，Excel熟练;
4、工作时间：每天7：00-16：00；长白班；
