Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Is responsible for planning and directing the activities needed to ensure the new products/processes transfer to production, technical support or improvements to existing products and processes in an optimal quality, cost and time manner.

Main Accountabilities:
- Drives multiple work packages in different projects or drive different projects according to project timelines and costs,
- Manages and develops a team of technical staff (organization, methodologies, competencies, etc.), ensuring the consistency between workload and project’s needs,
- Participates to the development and the management of the annual budget of his sector (staff, investments). Drives the achievement of the budget analyzing regularly the gap and setting up corrective/ preventive actions if needed,
- Ensures that the activity is compliant with the company regulatory safety and quality standards,
- Represents the Industrialization Department in relation with the other departments.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Studies-Experience:
- BS with a ＞ 10 years of experience or MS with a ＞ 5 years of experience in Industrialization position;
- Experience preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, site product lines and manufacturing processes (including QC).
- Staff leadership.
- Capacity to influence outside of his scope.
