岗位职责：

1.工作热情、主动、耐心，具亲和力，善于沟通，能与同事保持良好的合作关系

2.要求工作责任心强，细心，主动，考虑问题周到，工作勤快热心，有良好的服务意识。

3.思路清晰，有独立分析解决问题的能力，能承受工作压力

4.协助同事进行项目准备及服务

5.普通话良好，有一定英语基础

人员要求：

1.从事网络管理或系统实施维护1年以上的经验；

2.熟悉各种主流计算机、服务器、工作站、网络交换设备；

3.熟悉Windows和各类服务器操作系统，并且熟练掌握各种操作；

4.Windows平台错误侦查、除错、安装和问题解决；

5.Windows应用程序错误侦查、除错、安装和问题解决；

6.Windows基本网络服务侦查、除错、安装和问题解决；

7.基本综合布线技能及知識；

系统架构：

1.域控服务器，文件服务器，邮件服务器，FTP服务器和SaaS服务器

2.骨干交换机，企业级防火墙，Unify WIFI 基地台和千兆网络架构

3.Win 7/8/10工作站 + 云端系统存储共享
