1)         Secure commitments to company plans：establishes and train a logistics organization that can fulfull the company's requirements and plans.

确保实现公司计划：要求建立并培训一个物流团队使之达到公司的要求并完成长远计划。

2)         Demand Planning：Prepare and execute yearly purchasing plan；Prepare purchasing plan based on sales budget and updated forecasts; Ensure stable supply and avoid stock outs; Review plan and optimize logistics for lowest cost and minimum capital use; Actively work to improve planning systems; Coordinate and analyze the demand for ready goods with the sales department; plan for order points due to current stock, safety stock and demand; Suggest actions to minimize goods expiration.

需求计划：制定并执行年度采购计划；基于销售预算及预测，制定采购计划；确保稳定的供应及避免缺货；复查计划及在最低成本基础上使物流最优化；改善计划系统；与销售部门协调并分析备货需求；根据目前的库存和需求，制定订货点；为最小化货物过期量提供建议。

3)         Purchase goods：Prepare periodic purchasing plans to suppliers; Prepare purchase orders for all financial commitment to suppliers; Ensure correct ducumentation.

采购：更新采购计划提供给供应商；及早准备采购订单便于供应商做财务计划；确保准确的记录；

4)         Handle International Shipping & Import process: Arrange international shipping incl. documents reqired; Prepare container opening report; Manage the import process, handle the customs and CIQ process.

处理国际运输及进口流程：安排国际运输包括必要的文件；准备集装箱开箱报告；管理进口流程，处理海关及出入境检验检疫流程；准备标签设计及标签印刷；

5)         Warehouse management: Manage own and subcontracted warehouses；Establish and improve system for warehousing and delivery minimizing losses and costs.

仓库管理：管理自有的及外包的仓库；为最小化损失及成本，建立并改善仓库及发货系统；确保仓库是个展示产品的地方；

6)         Supervise the distribution and handle stock-withdrawals：Prepares stock withdrawal and domestic shipping documents; Organize delivery schedule for company driver and external contractors; Manages order handling and dispatch of goods to customers; Prepare agreements with domestic logistics providers; Ensure there are systems for documenting all goods movements; Ensures UFIDA is properly utilized to record and monitor sales and stock movements;

监督分销及处理库存撤销：准备库存撤销及国内运输文件；为公司司机承包人提供发货行程；管理订单及调度货物；准备和国内物流供应商的合同；确保有可以记录所有货物动态的系统；确保有效使用UFIDA来记录并监控销售及库存动态。

7)         Reporting：Report and communicate stock levels and status of goods in transit, container opening inspections, CIQ ready dates, over and under stock to sales organization and to management. Record and follow up upon cost from all logistics activities; Forecast and report all commitments for planned payments for goods, logistics, service and tac to accounting and management. Keep everybody updated on changes. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock report; Prepare weekly GIT staus report; Report on purchasing activity and total stock; Prepare monthly return goods and damaged goods reports;

汇报：基于运输状态，集装箱开箱检查，出入境检验检疫准备日期，库存过剩及库存不足，向销售部门及管理层报告；记录并跟踪所有物流成本；预测并向财务部门及管理层报告计划付款、物流、税款，每人都应根据变化进行更新；准备每日/每周/每月库存报告；准备每周的GIT状态报告；采购及总库存报告；准备月度退货及损坏货物报告。

8)         Maintain Systems and keep all data updated：Implement, update and organize files of import documents; Manage the product recall process;

维护系统并更新数据：执行、更新、组织进口文件；管理产品召回程序；
