2．Qualification

   任职资格

l College degree or above, major in electromechanical or Mechanical engineering

大专及以上学历，机电或机械工程类专业

l Over 5-years’ experience in facility & utility repairing and maintenance, familiar with management and maintenance of compression air machine & ACs &VOC equipment

超过5年设施设备维护保养经验，熟悉空压机、空调、废气处理设备等管理及维护

l Familiar with how to connect single phase & three phase wires properly and ensure it looks vertical and horizontal

熟练的进行单相电及三相电的接线方式，并确保连接线路看上去横平竖直

l Familiar with process of ordinary construction and water & electrical    decoration, be able to achieve simple construction & decoration through DIY

熟悉普通水电装修的工艺流程，且能自己动手完成简单的水电装修

l Have an electrician license

持有电工证

l Good communication skill and planning

良好的沟通能力和计划性

3.  Responsibilities:

职责：

• Regular inspection of air conditioning system, air compressor system, power supply, distribution system, air exhaust facilities and plant facilities
• pan>定期检查空调系统、空压机系统、供配电系统、排风设施和厂房设施
• To solve the problems immediately found in the regular inspection and report to Admin Manager
• pan>立即解决在定期检查中发现问题并汇报给行政经理
• Responsible for facility emergency repairing.

   负责厂务设施的紧急抢修

• Regularly inspect all of electricity circuits and electric equipment used in the site, solve the potential risks on time

负责对公司所有用电电路及设备的检查，对存在的隐患及时排除

l Maintain the illumination system to ensure it work normally and safely

维护公司照明系统，确保安全、正常工作，

l Be responsible for the maintenance of company electricity, water system

负责公司所有设备的供电、水系统的维护

l Be responsible for the repairing and maintenance of all equipment, machine

负责设备机器的维修和保养

l To support the infrastructure construction

协助基础设施建设

l Other works assigned by superior
