上海意进电子商务公司是一家快速发展中的创业型公司，目前规模30人，主要服务集团客户与其他国际知名品牌

Main Responsibilities:
工作职责包括但不限于：

1、能够独立完成全套财务报表；

2、熟悉库存管理，能够与仓管经理配合工作，保证账实相符；

3、能够建立并规范财务部内部运作流程与管理体系；

4、负责公司日常账务、税务、银行事务的管理与执行；

5、负责应收、应付、费用的日常审核控制，制定公司现金使用计划，并根据计划进行监督实施；

6、能够通过成本核算，协助采购销售部门完成定价及核价工作；

7、能够通过各供应商、客户、公司内部业绩表现进行分析，找出问题及原因，并提出建议措施；

8、能够根据财务部的日常工作要求，并结合公司销售模式，针对后期公司管理系统（进销存、物流、电商平台）的开发，积极参与并提出合理化建议；

9、能够对财务部其他人员及公司其他部门关键岗位进行财务知识指导与培训。

Requirements:

1、全日制本科以上学历，财经类相关专业；

2、五年以上高级财务工作经验，至少三年以上电子商务或零售领域财务管理经验；

3、熟悉国家会计、税务相关法律、法规，能够及时掌握各项税务、财务法规的最新变化；

4、具有创业精神及良好的团队协作能力与优秀的团队管理能力；

5、具有一定的人际关系、具有较强的对内外协调能力；

6、有很好的职业素养，原则性强，能够在高压；工作，并有很高的工作稳定性。
