岗位概述

创意团队的领军人物，有创意思想：触觉锐利，思路清晰，理智精准，能够带领团队准确确立创意方向及创意概念；出色的策划能力：能够胜任线下活动的创意策划

工作职责

1. 执行并监督创意与策划项目的完成，包括美术设计和文字描述符合总体策略

2. 对客户进行创意表现提案

3. 对第三方进行要求和进行品质控制

4. 负责对创意和策划小组成员的专业培训和指导

5. 负责分配部署创意人员工作，与客户部同事密切协调和配合完成整体工作

任职资格

1. 本科以上相关学历

2. 优秀的中英文理解，出色的口头和书面表达能力

3. 6年以上广告创作工作经验，2年以上创意团队的管理经验，有成功项目案例

4. 有领导魅力，有团队技能培训的成熟经验

5. 工作效率高，并能承受工作压力

6. 具备良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感

7. 擅于把握策略方向

8. 具有良好的提案能力和沟通技巧

9. 有服务奢侈品、汽车、洋酒客户经验的优先
