主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1.
遵守公司及部门内的各项规章制度

Abide by the rules and regulations of the company
and department

2.
服从工程师及班组长的安排，并能有效完成其指派的各项工作

Obey the engineer and team leader
arrangement，and effectively complete the works

3.
做好日常巡检及运行设备相关数据的记录，及时发现和处理潜在问题和故障隐患，并分析故障发生的根本原因，进行紧急维修处理。

Implement
routine inspection and record running parameter, deal with the emergency
trouble of all facility system, analyze the root cause of each system fault and deal with the trouble shooting in time.

4.
认真完成日常轮班工作，时刻注意厂务监控系统的运行情况。定时对公共设施及动力设备（如厂房设施、水电暖通、空压机等系统）进行现场巡视，确保各系统设备保持良好功况
。

Accomplish
the shift work seriously. Always pay attention to facility monitoring system. Definite time patrol check for the public
facilities and equipments (including
facilities/water/electricity/HVAC/ Air
compressor system ) . To ensure that the system equipment to maintain good work
condition

5.
严格按照作业SOP，认真完成厂务设备的保养工作

In strict accordance with the operating SOP，earnestly complete power equipment
maintenance work

6.
值班期间确保动力、能源设备稳定正常运转，根据实际生产状况调整公用动力系统功况，提供最优运行方案。

Ensure the stabile running status and adjust operation scheme of
facility system per practical manufacture to provide the optimization system
operation.

7.
按时巡视公司特种设备运作状态，及时处理突发故障。

Regular
inspections the running status of special equipment and deal
with the emergency trouble.

8.
监督施工队现场安全防范措施与施工质量。

Monitor the safety
protection measurement of construction vendor and quality of construction.

9.
按照TS16949、ISO14001, OHSAS18000流程履行工作职能。

Perform
job functions according to appropriate TS-16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 work
instruction.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育 Education：

机电相关领域中专或职校学历。

Preferred
– technical secondary school degree in mechanical or
electrical or similar field.

资格 Qualification：

持有高、低压电工操作证及压力容器操作证

Hold high voltage and low voltage certification, pressure
vessel operation certification.

Preferred
–Electrician / Refrigeration
repair intermediate level or above

经历 Experience：

1、3~5年以上厂务设施运行、维护经验

2、有机械、电子或汽车零部件制造行业工作经验者优先

3、家住浦东者优先

1、Above 3-5 years maintenance experience on
facility

2、Have Mechanical / Electronic or Automotive parts manufacturing industry
working experience is preferred

3、Resident in Pudong is
preferred

技能 Skill：

电脑技能/Computer Skills:

会基本的办公自动化操作。

Minimum - To perform this job successfully, an
individual should have normal skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and
computerized materials management systems.

语言技能/Language Skills:

有一定的英语基础

Have basic
English ability

逻辑推断技能/Reasoning Skills:

能根据收集的运行数据作出正确的决定，合理调整设备运行功况。

Ability to collect data and make a proper decision
to adjust the operation scheme more reasonable.
