招聘顾问 (Recruitment Consultant) 

    

招聘人数（20人）

    

工作地点: 广州

    

    

Requirements 要求：

    

    

1.        Bachelor degree or above; 本科或以上学历, 专业不限,男女不限

    

2.        Can communicate in English; 英语6级以上

    

3.        Willing to work in headhunting;愿意从事猎头

    

4.        Good command of communication skill;  较强的沟通能力

    

5.        With strong networks; 良好的人脉关系

    

6.        With strong leadership skill and organization skill; 较强的领导能力和组织能力

    

7.        With strong commercial sense; 有很强的商业意识

    

8.        Willing to work under pressure. 愿意在压力下工作

    

    

    

工作职责（Responsibilities）：

1. Business development and search potential clients who will use our service;开拓客户。
2. Be responsible for finding clients and signing contracts ；负责与客户签合同。
3. Communicate with clients and understand clients’ requirements clearly;了解客户需要。
4. Search suitable candidates according to the job descriptions of our clients; 根据客户描述寻找合适的候选人。

                                    

5.     Thorough screening and evaluation of CV’s.筛选简历。

        

6.     Interview candidates to see if they can meet the requirements of our clients;面试候选人。

        

7.     Coordinate with clients to arrange candidates for the interview；与客户协调，安排候选人面试。

8.    Follow up with candidates during the candidates’ probation period and keep them warm;候选人入职后跟进服务。

    

9.     Keep good relationship with clients. 与客户保持良好关系
