? 报价准备与批复跟踪 Offer preparation and approval processing follow up
1. 收集建立新产品信息所需的成本信息,历史报价和系统中的相关产品信息
Collect new product’s cost information, historic price record and the information of related product in the system
2. 通过邮件和其他形式接收订单,并在规定时间内给出反馈时间。
Receive quotation through email and other possible channels, and give the response date in agreed deadline.
3. 按照价格审批流程、维护和更新新产品价格信息。建立完整的价格追批复踪记录并确保价格信息及时更新。
Set up, maintain and update price information in the systems, establish complete price approval tracking record and ensure the price information is updated on a timely manner.
4. 拿到客户询价,与销售经理,销售总监沟通, 申请价格,获得审批通过,与客户沟通新产品的报价,与客户确认报价信息和有效日期。
Communicate with Sales Manager,Sales Director on new price application and gain the approval from the dedicate authority person when receive the new quotation, communicate new price with customer and valid date as well.
? 订单处理与跟踪 Order processing and follow up
1. 收集建立新客户信息所需的商务文件,并在系统中建立客户信息
Collect new client’s business documents and set up client in the system
2. 通过EDI 、邮件和其他形式接收订单,并在24小时内完成订单交期确认。
Receive orders through EDI, email and other possible channels, and confirm the delivery date in 24 hours.
3. 在系统中录入、维护和更新订单信息。建立完整的订单追踪记录并确保订单信息及时更新。
Set up, maintain and update order information in the systems, establish complete order tracking record and ensure the order information is updated on a timely manner.
4. 拿到客户订单,与采购部沟通物料到货信息,与物流部沟通生产计划,与客户确认订单交货日期。
Communicate with Procurement on material availability, Logistics on production plan, and confirm with customer on delivery date.
5. 根据订单确认日期发送交货通知给物流部。
Send Delivery Note to Logistics according to confirmed delivery date.
6. 负责相关客户出口订单装箱清单及相关报关资料的准备,并负责发货前预定舱位。(仅出口业务)
Prepared custom required documents and book shipments for export business.
7. 确认国内客户手工订单金额,在系统中录入订单金额,并通知财务开具发票。(仅国内业务)
Confirm domestic customer manual order value amount, and input prices in the system, inform Finance to issue invoice.
8. 确认国外客户订单金额,在系统中录入订单金额,并开具形式发票。(仅出口业务)
Confirm overseas customer order value amount, and input prices in the system, issue pro forma invoice.
? 售后服务Post-sales Service
1. 48小时内快速响应客户来电和邮件询问。
Respond to customer inquiry via phone and email within 48 hours.
2. 处理客户退、换货及样品申请需求,认真、耐心解答客户的咨询和投诉,不清楚的地方及时向主管或相关人员咨询并反馈给客户。
Handle goods return, change and sample request. Reply customer inquiry and complaint with patience and attentiveness.
3. 记录汇总客户咨询和意见反馈,及时分析、处理并反馈给上级主管。
Collect and summarize customer inquiry and feedback. Handle, analyze and feedback to the superior in a timely manner.
4. 根据业务需要、配合销售和大客户经理做好客户的服务工作,按时进行业务的相关数据整理、汇总。
Assist Sales and KAM to ensure customer satisfaction according to business needs. Collect and summarize business data as required.
5. 客户资料的保存、记录和归档。
Maintain, record and file customer related documents.
