Administration
? Responsible for local sourcing and managing the suppliers for office stationary, beverage, etc
? Ensure that office area and kitchen are tidy and clean
? Work closely with global travel team to coordinate all shanghai office staff travel booking issues
? Coordinate lunch and dinner appointments
? Assist and handle administrative work related to clocking, security and attendance
? Other admin work as assigned
? Assist President of NAP China
Reception
? Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
? Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to proper internal parties or meeting places
? Conduct office tours to new employees and guests from NAP Group
Essential Skills & Requirements
? College or above degree
? Fluent in English and Chinese - written and spoken
? Above all this person must be personable, efficient and have the ability to use their initiative
? Due to the multi-faceted nature of this role you will be multi-tasking all the time, therefore you must have excellent organizational skills
? Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office Software
? Knowledge of human resources or personnel an advantage
? You will be acting as an ambassador for NET-A-PORTER China and should therefore dress tidily and present a polish appearance
? Good verbal and written communication skills
