Job Description:

  

• Your primary duty as a Fashion design/ Fashion Marketing & Management Lecturer for subject: Social Psychology of Fashion, will be your active leadership in the classroom as well as engaging/ lecturing on relevant related subjects and topics.

• Working closely with the school’s Academic Director regarding academic matters in teaching and grading.

• Developing proper department course outline and contents to a high quality education to all students in order for them to attain high achievements within their major study and prepare them well for future job market and the industry.

• To create and maintain the course materials and good status of all these information.

• Assist in maintaining general classroom discipline, stability, integrity, and professional image of the UCA Shanghai Center.

• Abide by the Center’s policy and procedures.

            

Job Requirement：

  

• Candidate will be based in Shanghai and be able to commit to 6-9 hours classes per week.

• Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Fashion/ Psychology or its equivalent.

• Relevant industry working experience with credible related portfolios.

• With lecturing experience on the above related studies, candidates without relevant teaching experience will also be considered provided they have good number of years working experience in the relevant industry.

• Can adapt to a multi-cultural setting with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to handle students of different capabilities.
