集团资金部融资经理/主管

岗位职责
Job Responsibilities：
1、负责融资合约的审核，参与融资谈判；
Responsible for financing contract review, and join financing negotiations;
2、负责融资项目的跟进工作，按照合约节点定期完成提款、付息、定期报告提交等后续工作；
Responsible for the follow-up of financing projects and the contract milestones tasks including withdrawals, interest payment, periodical reporting and etc.
3、负责现金流管理及财务指标监控，编制资金进出流水表，核对银行对帐单，定期进行现金预测以确保及时付款。
Responsible for cash flow management and financial ratio control, preparation of cash journal, the review of bank statements, preparation of cash forecast periodically to ensure timely payment;

任职资格：
Requirements:
1、硕士及以上学历，4年以上资产融资工作经验；
Master’s degree or above, over 4 years of working experience in asset financing;
2、 英语口语及书面应用流利；
Fluent English writing and speaking;
3、 良好的商业意识和较强的成功意志；
Good business sense and strong will to success;
4、 懂法律知识者优先。
Legal knowledge is preferred;

5、 海外学习或工作经验优先

Oversea work or study experience is preferred.
