工作描述：

1、用英语和粤语通过电话、邮件、传真解答来自亚太地区的用户/医生等提出的疑问，确保客户满意。

2、区分客户地区，在系统中记录每例咨询信息，进行事件分类。

3、将分类信息提交至各类相关部门，跟进事件处理进程并协调各部门工作，确保事件按时处理完成。

4、参与部门培训及考核，熟知并提高产品，设备等专业知识和技能。

5、按项目需求，能接受部分节假日排班工作。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，英语专业。英语护理专业、医学、药学、医疗、健康等相关专业者优先。

2、具备良好的语言组织能力、沟通技巧及客户服务意识。

3、了解亚太地区（中国香港、新加坡等）就医习惯或具有医院、医疗机构、客服中心工作经验者优先。

4、熟练掌握办公软件，适应各类英文操作界面。

5、熟练掌握英语及粤语。

6、性格外向，工作积极主动，有责任心，良好的抗压能力。

7、相关专业的应届毕业生也可投递。
