岗位职责:

？ Patient greeting at cashier desk
？ Integrate orders from clinics and calculate medical charges
？ Well interpretation charges and patient’s responsibility base on insurance benefits information
？ Good digest of business rules like Direct Billing eligibility, contractual discount, exclusions, etc and put into right implementation
？ Work with Pre-cert. team on patients' payment method management
？ Collect payments from patient
？ Issue receipts to patients
？ Help patients fill in claim forms
？ Follow up with incomplete claim forms
？ Give correct copies of bills to patients
？ Keep correct copies of bills for filing
？ Submit daily cash collection
？ Settle daily accounts in HIS system
？ Take care of assigned petty cash
？ Take care of assigned receipts
？ Help collect outstanding balance
？ Help third party payers check related medical expenses
？ Help patients with cashiering related inquiries
？ Direct patients to right person for non-cashiering related inquiries
？ Ensure accuracy of information input to IT system
？ Well implement TPP and marketing contracts, packages and promotions from financial stand point
？ Other assignments by supervisor / managers

任职资格:

？ Language skills in Chinese and English, verbal and non-verbal
？ PC skills: familiar with Microsoft Office tools
？ Professional manner and etiquette
？ Communicating skill in interacting with patients
？ Coordinating skill in dealing with problems
？ Management skill in time and workload
？ Can remain calm in pressure situations
