Service Description:

1.      Assist in the management of document collection related to Know Your Customer activities

 (e.g. KYC PR/NCA). Regular client interaction to ensure timely document collection

2.       Work closely with the primary relationship manager for each client and assist with the client outreach strategy at a client level basis

3.             Partner closely with Middle Office /Client Onboarding /AFC to understand status / issues of ongoing KYC cases and follow up to close cases

4.            Contact Global Relationship Manager where necessary to help with info collection from client head office

5.            Tracking of KYC status and various MIS update

6.            Attend KYC calls and assist with minutes taking and action item follow up

7.            Escalation of issues to RM

8.      Preparation of credit memo and assist RM to go through the credit process

9.      Facilities implementation and communications with the client at working level

Profile

1.       Fluency in both written/oral English/Mandarin

2.       At least 2-3 years of working experience in client servicing role in a bank/FI (KYC experience will be bonus)

3.       Preferable if immediately available for onboarding
